With the birth of our official blog, The Extra Mile For You, we have opened a wider bridge of communication with our public as we bring them the latest news, trends, and updates in the world of fine living—from 5 star villas to yachts and boats, holiday and travel destinations, even tee times. Definitely an excellent channel of interaction, through the blog we have received your comments, queries and suggestions, some of which have been vital in our day to day decision makings.
2011 also marked our exciting participation to the world of Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter! These tools have helped us enormously not only in information exchange and daily interaction with people around the world but also in extending the reach of our services worldwide and promoting a stronger brand name retention. You may ask anyone in Marbella with a Facebook account if they have heard of Golden Mile Group and we bet the majority of them will say “yes”. With over 2000 friends in Facebook and almost 1000 followers in Twitter, we are pleased to have done so well in Marketing and Public Relations in a short amount of time…something that traditional tools would fail to accomplish.
We believe to make an impact on first sight. Through our Youtube channel,our Flickr site and our blog, we give you, our clients, a glimpse of what your dream property looks and feels like. In this way, we can help you maximize your time by cutting unnecessary viewing trips and come up with an intelligent initial decision makings. Of course, our expert agents are always there to provide you with information, show you the properties and assist you with every step of the way but with our new media channels, you can easily decide if the pool in that villa is too small for your summer party or if the kitchen is too big for a newly wed couple.
Last year also marked an idea to give back something to our loyal clients and new friends with our “Trip to Miami” competition via our social media channels. This successful endeavor was won by our Facebook fan from Italy who will be spending three days in one of our luxury villas in Miami this year aside from $1000 cash and other perks included. This a celebratory competition for those of you who have supported Golden Mile Group for more than a decade now.
